Serving the Central Coast since 1997 and officially established as KW Construction in 2009, we’ve built our reputation the same way we build our projects: with hard work, precision, and a commitment to doing things right. 

KW Construction is led by President Mindy Weide, alongside her husband Kurt and their son Parker. This isn’t a hands-off operation; it’s a dedicated team that understands the work because they’ve done the work—from the ground up. 

Their involvement in day-to-day operations ensures that decisions are made quickly, quality is closely managed, and clients receive direct communication without layers of middle management.
