Serving the Central Coast since 1997 and established as KW Construction in 2009, we’ve built our reputation the same way we build our projects: with hard work, precision, and a commitment to doing things right.

KW Construction is led by President Mindy Weide, alongside her husband Kurt and their son Parker.

This isn’t a hands-off operation. It’s a team that understands the work because they’ve done the work—from the ground up.

Their involvement in day-to-day operations means that decisions are made quickly, quality is closely managed and clients get direct communication, not layers of middle management.
